External Provider (Suppliers / Vendors / Contractors) that enters the premises or work on-site shall :-

• Abide to the Law of Malaysia; Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994, Factory and Machinery Act (FMA) 1967, Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974 and their regulations.
• Understand the TSC’s Safety, Health and Environmental Policy, Safety Management System (SMS) as well as Environmental Management System (EMS) in general.
• Adhere to all rules and regulation to prevent any unwanted event such as spillage and accident.
